Additionally, John has a significant role with the City of Des Plaines Public Works and as an Election Judge for both the Chicago Board of Elections and Cook County Elections, where responsibilities include election setup and voter assistance. John is actively involved in community events, including bartending for Edison Park Fest and participating in various capacities at the Irish American Heritage Center, where activities range from ticket sales to theater support.
