Ro Brigham is an accomplished arts and education professional with extensive experience in community engagement and program development. Currently serving as the Arts, Culture & Heritage Manager for the City of DeSoto since October 2022, Ro also functions as the Executive Director of Empowering Through The Arts-ETTA since January 2018, focusing on enriching underserved communities.
