Stephen James

Stephen James possesses a diverse professional background in administrative and financial roles, currently serving as Payroll Administrator for the City of DeSoto since March 2021. Prior experience includes positions such as Assistant to the Lead Pastor at Golden Gate Missionary Baptist from January 2006 to June 2022, Accounting Coordinator at Texas Fire & Sound from January 2019 to January 2021, and Bookkeeper at Adult Rehabilitation Ministry between August 2013 and December 2018. Stephen also held the role of Assistant to the Pastor/Bookkeeper at Golden Gate Baptist Church from January 2006 to December 2018. Educationally, Stephen earned a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Studies with an Emphasis in Biblical Studies from Grand Canyon University.
