Alanna Woolley

Alanna Woolley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in grant analysis, operations management, and logistical oversight. Currently serving as a Senior Grant Analyst for the City of Detroit since September 2018, Alanna has played a critical role in the COVID-19 pandemic response, coordinating logistics for over 200 employees and volunteers within the Detroit Health Department. Previous roles include Operations Manager in Contract Administration and Lead Primary Prevention Manager, where Alanna directed a grant aimed at reducing childhood lead poisoning in Detroit. Prior to this, Alanna worked as a District Outreach/Casework Coordinator for the U.S. House of Representatives and as a Project Manager at Wayne State University's Center for Urban Studies, overseeing significant grants. Alanna's academic background includes a Graduate Certificate in Peace and Security Studies, an MPA in Public Administration, and a B.A. in English and Women's Studies from Wayne State University.
