Justin Fenwick

Justin Fenwick is an experienced project manager and analytics specialist with a strong background in technology and community development. Currently serving at the City of Detroit since June 2014, Justin has been involved in various roles within the Department of Innovation and Technology, overseeing projects such as fire and EMS software implementation, municipal fiber expansion, and grant management for recreation programs. Previous experience includes managing COVID-19 testing sites, leading initiatives in sustainability, and promoting public transit at Ann Arbor Area Transportation Authority. Justin holds an M.B.A. in Sustainable Business from Pinchot University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business from Kalamazoo College.
