Christian Malpica

Christian Malpica is a highly experienced professional in civil engineering and project management, currently serving as a Project Manager/Associate Engineer for the City of Diamond Bar since June 2008. Responsibilities include managing operations for the Traffic Management Center, overseeing the SCOOT Adaptive Traffic Control System, and executing multiple Capital Improvement Projects while participating in funding prioritization and budget management using the OpenGov system.
