Romulo T. Morales P.e.

Romulo T. Morales, P.E. has extensive experience in engineering and leadership roles, currently serving as a Traffic and Transportation Commissioner for the City of Diamond Bar since March 2023. Romulo has held various positions at the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) since August 2015, advancing from Mechanical Design Engineer to Mechanical Engineering Supervisor. Prior experience includes working as a Mechanical Engineer at the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) from September 2012 to August 2015 and serving in the United States Marine Corps from April 2002 to April 2010, where Romulo was a Squad Leader and M1A1 Maintenance Supervisor. Romulo holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and a Master's degree in Business from the USC Marshall School of Business.
