Nicholas Perez-Cubas

Nicholas Perez-Cubas currently serves as the Business Outreach Coordinator in the Economic Development Division at the City of Doral since June 2022. Previously, Nicholas held various roles in the Village of Palmetto Bay, including Parks & Recreation Supervisor, Special Events & Programs Coordinator, and Park Service Aide from August 2015 to June 2022. Nicholas also worked as a Special Projects Coordinator at the Jason Taylor Foundation from June 2014 to May 2015 and gained experience in facilities management within the Athletic Department at Florida International University from 2007 to 2014. Nicholas holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Sports Administration from St. Thomas University and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Recreation and Sport Management from Florida International University. Academic background includes education at St. Brendan High School and Westminster Christian School in Miami, FL.
