Rafael Pineyro

Rafael Pineyro currently serves as a Councilman for the City of Doral since December 2022. Rafael has a diverse professional background, having worked as a Management Consultant at Pineyro Enterprise since August 2017, and previously held roles such as Chief of Staff to the Mayor and Legislative Analyst to the City Mayor for the City of Doral from June 2014 to August 2017. Prior experience includes serving as Clinical Strategies Coordinator at Correct Care Solutions and as a Case Manager for Williamson County. Educational credentials include a Master's Degree in Psychology from Lipscomb University, a Bachelor of Applied Science in Public Administration from Florida International University, and an Associate in Arts from Miami Dade College.
