Clay Dempsey

Clay Dempsey has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2012, they founded The Media Mill, a media production S Corporation that aimed to be a central repository of independently produced digital content. In 2017, they served as the Junior Vice President of Entertainment and Marketing at The Crossing at Big Creek, where they coordinated event preparations and provided event-specific training to employees. In 2019, they worked as the Front of House Manager at Summit Entertainment/Bulls, Bands, & Barrels. Recently, in 2023, they held the position of Acting Performing Arts Director at the City of Dothan, responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the Performing Arts Department and managing staff. Clay also served as an Events Manager at the same company, where they rebuilt existing event security responsibilities and managed social media and digital outlets.

Clay Dempsey pursued their education at Auburn University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business from 1998 to 2000. Clay then furthered their educational journey by pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA), without any specified field of study, at Auburn University as well, from 2000 to 2002.
