Kimberly Arnold

Kimberly Arnold currently serves as an IT Systems Analyst for the City of Dothan, a position held since May 2023. Prior to this role, Kimberly managed the Utility Collections department from February 2020 to May 2023 as the Utility Collections Manager, and supervised utility collections operations as a Supervisor from May 2015 to February 2020. Kimberly's career with the City of Dothan began in September 1991, holding various roles including Accounting Technician and Public Safety Telecommunicator. Kimberly has dedicated significant time to improving customer service in utility collections, managing teams, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with procedures. Kimberly holds a Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Financial Management and Real Estate from the UAB Collat School of Business and an Associate's degree in Accounting and Finance from Wallace Community College.
