Phelps Samantha

Phelps Samantha has worked as an Accountant, Accounting Manager, and Assistant Finance Director at the City of Dothan since 2009. Prior to that, they were employed by UniFirst Corporation, where they worked in Data Entry from 2004 to 2009.

Samantha Phelps began their education at Dale County High School from 1996 to 1999. Phelps then attended Troy University Dothan from 2002 to 2008, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Accounting and Computer Science.
