Ricky Bantog

Ricky Bantog is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in enterprise IT operations and systems administration. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst in Technical Operations at City of Dreams Manila since March 2022, Ricky provides 24x7 support for global server and storage operations, administering an integrated technology environment encompassing Windows servers, SAN storage, VMware, MS-SQL, Microsoft AD, and Exchange. Previous roles include IT Systems Administrator at Security Bank Corporation and TS Implementation Engineer at NTT Ltd., where Ricky managed server implementations and provided comprehensive technical support. Ricky began their career as a Technical Support Staff at Alliance Software Incorporated and has a solid educational background with a Diploma in Industrial Technology, Computer Technology from Rizal Technological University.
