Rafael O. Casillas Pe

Rafael O. Casillas, PE, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public works and project management. Currently serving as Project Manager IV at Willdan Group since October 2018, Rafael also holds the position of Deputy Director of Public Works for the City of South Pasadena and has acted as the Director of Public Works in that city. Previously, Rafael worked as the Public Works Manager for the City of Duarte. Educational background includes studies at the University of California, Los Angeles, and the University of La Verne.
