Amy Heger

Amy Heger is an experienced Communications Manager with a passion for service and technology, currently employed by the City of Dublin, Ohio since March 2003. In this role, Amy utilizes innovative solutions to address communication challenges. Previously, as a 911 Communications Technician, Amy provided critical support in emergency situations by managing calls and coordinating services for multiple agencies. Before joining the City of Dublin, Amy gained valuable technology experience through a paid internship and subsequent full-time role at Sterling Commerce, focusing on the development of a knowledge library to enhance problem resolution. Amy holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from DeVry University, completed in 2001.
