Josh Adkins is a seasoned network engineer with over a decade of experience in IT infrastructure support. Currently serving the City of Dublin, Ohio, since July 2012, Josh specializes in network design and implementation, VOIP systems for critical services, virtualized environments, Active Directory management, and disaster recovery solutions. Previously, as an IT Support Analyst, Josh supported various city departments by deploying new software and hardware while maintaining existing systems. Earlier experience includes a role as an IT Help Desk Analyst at Sarnova, providing technical support for over 500 employees, and an internship as a Systems Analyst for the City of Westerville, where Josh assisted multiple departments.
