Anderson Sainci has a diverse work experience in various roles. Anderson started their career as an Assistant Wrestling Coach at the University of Dubuque in 2010 and worked until 2012. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Supply Management Specialist at Hodge Company. In 2012, Anderson joined AmeriCorps Vista as a Sustainable Dubuque Americorps Vista, where they focused on coordinating reports and meetings, as well as building relationships with stakeholders. In 2013, they became an Economic Development Intern and later a Smarter Sustainable Dubuque Fellow at the City of Dubuque. Anderson worked in these roles until 2015, when they transitioned to the position of Resource Management Coordinator at the City of Dubuque. Recently, they have been serving as the Director of the Office of Shared Prosperity & Neighborhood Support since August 2021.
Anderson Sainci completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree at the University of Dubuque between 2006 and 2010. Anderson then pursued a Master of Arts in Communication degree, specializing in "A 2012 Analysis for Mission Targeted Crisis Management Plan For Non-Profit Organizations," from the same university, which they completed between 2010 and 2012.
