Margie Pozin, PE, CQA, currently serves as the Director of Community Development and Engineering and City Engineer for the City of Duluth since January 2015, overseeing transportation and engineering projects. Prior experience includes leading the Transportation Group and managing projects at STV/Ralph Whitehead Associates from April 2007 to December 2014, as well as serving as Project Engineer and Project Manager for significant roadway improvement projects at Earthtech and Transportation Systems Design. Margie Pozin began their career with various engineering roles at ICF Kaiser Engineers, DeLeuw Cather, and Parsons Brinckerhoff, focusing on roadway and railroad design. Margie Pozin holds both a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus on Transportation and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering, both from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
