Jean Hochwarter is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in budget analysis, education, and finance. Currently serving as a Budget Analyst and Senior Administrative Assistant for the City of Dunedin since March 2013, Jean has effectively managed purchasing and invoicing processes, while also acting as the Water Division COVID-19 coordinator. Prior to this role, experience includes positions such as Utility Billing Representative and Administrative Assistant. Earlier career highlights encompass teaching students with Emotional Behavioral Disabilities for Pinellas County Schools and serving as a Financial Analyst for MetLife. Profound financial expertise was developed at Cerberus Capital Management, where Jean held various accounting positions, eventually managing accounts payable for a significant global portfolio. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Brooklyn College and a Certificate in Elementary Education from Pinellas Technical College.
