Kristin Vogelsang, PHR, is an experienced Human Resources professional with over 20 years in the field. Currently serving as a Human Resources Technician for the City of Durango since March 2021, Kristin previously worked as a Licensed Realtor at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. from February 2019 to March 2021. Prior roles include HR Business Partner at MedStar Health, Senior Human Resources Business Partner at St. Agnes Hospital, Lead Recruitment Consultant at First Assist, Inc., Recruitment Specialist at Good Samaritan Hospital, and Supervisor at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Kristin holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and has a strong focus on aligning business objectives with employee needs, recruitment, employee relations, and specialized hospital functions.
