Jessica Kemp

Jessica Kemp is a seasoned professional in environmental project management with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Construction Project Manager for the City of Durham since April 2014, Jessica oversees infrastructure maintenance and replacement projects across 66 parks. Prior to this role, Jessica worked as a Senior Project Manager for the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality, managing various restoration projects in multiple river basins. Earlier experience includes serving as a Soils Division Project Manager at Gabriel Environmental Services and as a Graduate Research Assistant at Kansas State University. Jessica's career also includes a role as Habitat Restoration Coordinator/Environmental Specialist with Volusia County Government, focusing on habitat conservation and field supervision.
