Jim Reingruber

Jim Reingruber is an experienced professional currently serving as the Assistant Director of Human Resources for the City of Durham since December 2009, with prior roles including Assistant Director of Solid Waste Management and Principal Budget Analyst. Responsibilities include leading a team of budget analysts, coordinating city budget activities, analyzing data for decision-making processes, and reconciling budget discrepancies. Previously, Jim worked as a Relief Night Auditor at Courtyard by Marriott and held various positions at Wake County, the City of Durham, and the Volunteer Center of Durham. Jim earned an MBA with a focus on Management Information Systems from East Carolina University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
