David Stroud

David Stroud is a seasoned planning professional with extensive experience in urban and regional planning. Currently serving as Senior Planner for the City of Eagle Mountain since June 2022, David previously held the position of Planning Director for Saratoga Springs, Utah, from June 2017 to May 2022. Prior experience includes roles as City Planner for the City of Orem, Planner III for Summit County, and Planner/CDBG Coordinator for Clearfield City. David's career began as an Assistant Planner in Billings, Montana. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Administration from Indiana State University and a Bachelor of Science in Geography from Brigham Young University.
