John Showalter

John Showalter, currently the Human Resources Director at the City of East Moline, has an extensive background in law enforcement and military service. John served as a Lieutenant at the East Moline Police Department from January 1991 to 2018 and was a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps from April 1985 to July 1992, where John worked as a Military Police. Prior to their role at the police department, John worked as a Police Officer at the Department of Defence from June 1989 to January 1991.
