Jimmie Tulabing

Jimmie Tulabing is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Information Technology Manager for the City of East Palo Alto since November 2024. Prior to this role, Jimmie held the position of Senior IT Analyst at the City of Redwood City from September 2007 to November 2024 and worked as a Network Engineer at Zhone Technologies/Vpacket Communications from June 2000 to July 2007.
