Nichelle Bailey

Nichelle Bailey serves as the Human Resources Coordinator for the City of East Point since January 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing HR policies and procedures, enhancing employee engagement, and managing wellness programs for a workforce of over 500. Bailey's extensive background in human resources includes a role as a Human Resources Generalist at PurpleLion Enterprises, where experience encompassed talent acquisition, payroll oversight, and employee consultation. Previous roles in event planning, application development, and as an independent consultant further showcase a diverse skill set and commitment to employee satisfaction and development. Nichelle Bailey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Spelman College and is pursuing a Master's degree in Art & Technology at the University of Oklahoma.
