Jessica Schoen

Jessica Schoen currently serves as a City Council Member for District 1 (Northside) in Eau Claire since June 2023. With a strong background in environmental management, Jessica has held various positions at the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources as an Environmental Enforcement Specialist and Water Management Specialist since January 2020. Previous roles include Water Quality Specialist and Conservation Planner at Dunn County, and Engineering Assistant at Miller Engineers & Scientists. Jessica's early career includes internships focused on wetland delineation and watershed management, along with research assistance at the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point, where Jessica obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Water Resources.
