Kelly Shea

Kelly Shea, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Human Resources Manager for the City of Eau Claire since May 2007, focusing on recruitment for various city positions. Previous roles include Human Resources Specialist and Department Secretary, where responsibilities involved coordinating over 100 special events annually, managing front desk operations, and overseeing program registrations and facility reservations. Kelly also has a background in the Recreation Division as an Administrative Associate II, where tasks included creating a bi-yearly activities publication. Earlier experience includes work as an Outdoor Skating Rink Attendant and a Library Page/Circulation Aide at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire from January 2008 to May 2012.
