Kitzie Winters

Kitzie Winters currently serves as a Board Member for Visit Eau Claire since May 2024 and as the Director of Finance for the City of Eau Claire since June 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Finance Director for RUSK County from February 2015 to June 2022 and as Assistant Director of Finance and Finance Accountant in various roles within the county government. Kitzie also held the position of Business Office Manager at Senior Management Inc. from July 2013 to February 2015 and was involved in financial services and billing at RUSK County Memorial Hospital and Nursing Home from October 1999 to July 2013. Kitzie holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Minnesota, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, and an Associate's degree in Accounting from Northwood Technical College.
