Chad Millner

Chad Millner has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering. Chad started their career at SEH in 2001 as a Construction / Project Manager in Municipal / Civil Engineering, where they worked until 2012. In 2012, they joined the City of Edina as an Assistant City Engineer, and later became the Director of Engineering in January 2014.

Chad Millner completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from St. Cloud State University - Herberger Business School from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota from 1998 to 2000. Chad's educational journey started at Gustavus Adolphus College from 1994 to 1998, where they studied Physics, but the specific degree attained is not specified.
