Ross Bintner is a seasoned engineering professional with over 20 years of experience in civil engineering and project management. Currently serving as Engineering Services Manager for the City of Edina since May 2012, Ross specializes in project management, development review, right of way management, GIS, utility planning, asset management, and water resources management, along with sustainability policy implementation.
