Todd Tatum, PMP, has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Todd currently serves as the Director of Community Services and Economic Development at the City of Edmonds, starting in 2022. Prior to this, they worked at the Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission from 2016 to 2022, holding positions such as Division Manager for Parks Development and Business Development Program Manager. In these roles, Todd managed strategic development projects, led fee policy and programs, and built strong relationships with tribes, local governments, and non-profits. Before that, Todd served as a Senior Strategic Planner in the US Army from 2014 to 2016, focusing on implementing national military policy in the Pacific. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Program Manager at the United States Air Force Europe, where they managed critical training programs and collaborated extensively with NATO. Todd's earlier experience includes roles in the U.S. Army, Alaska, where they served as a Commander, Executive Officer, and Operations Officer. During their time there from 2007 to 2011, they oversaw reconstruction and security efforts in Iraq, managed staff and operational functions, and successfully executed the movement of personnel and equipment. Overall, Todd Tatum brings a wealth of leadership and strategic planning expertise to their roles.

Todd Tatum, PMP, has a diverse education history. In 2004 to 2005, they attended Auburn University, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance. From 2011 to 2013, they studied German Language at Hochschule Kaiserslautern. In 2013 to 2014, they pursued an M.S. in Business with a focus on Supply Chain Management at The University of Kansas. During the same period, they attended the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College, where they gained Intermediate Level Education in Military Operational Art and Science/Studies. Furthermore, in July 2019, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
