Anthony Odoemena

Anthony Odoemena, PhD, PMP, currently serves as Program Manager for the Business Census at the City of Edmonton since October 2019, where responsibilities include supporting the Economic Action Plan. Additionally, Anthony holds a position as Method Analyst in Service Innovation & Performance at MacEwan University since September 2021 and contributes as a Sessional Lecturer in the Fundamentals of Public Policy. Prior experience includes working as an Analyst in Strategic Integration for the Government of Alberta and serving as a Sessional Lecturer at Concordia University of Edmonton. Anthony earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in International Relations and Affairs from The University of Tokyo between 2011 and 2015.
