François Cousineau C.E.T., BTech, has extensive experience in project management and engineering within various sectors. Since May 2013, François has held multiple roles at the City of Edmonton, including Project Manager for Waste Management Services and Rehabilitation & Energy Retrofit Planning, as well as Shutdown Coordinator for Facility Maintenance Services. François has also been actively involved with the Canadian Forces Cadet Instructors Cadre since 2006 as a Cadet Corps and Expedition Instructor. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Site Superintendent at Frecon Construction Ltd from January 2011 to February 2013, and working as a Technologue en Mécanique du Bâtiment at Conseil des écoles catholiques du Centre-Est from June 2008 to January 2011. François earned a Bachelor of Technology in Construction Management from NAIT in 2021 and holds a Civil Engineering Technology Diploma from Collège La Cité, completed in 2008.
