Jessica Medina

Jessica Medina is a skilled management analyst with extensive experience in municipal government roles. Currently serving as a Management Analyst for the City of El Monte since December 2023, Jessica previously held the position of Project Manager at the Mountains Recreation and Conservation Authority from November 2021 to December 2023. Additional experience includes serving as a Management Analyst for the City of Artesia from January 2020 to June 2021 and as a Management Intern at the City of South Pasadena from March 2019 to January 2020. Jessica also has experience as a Parking Intern at the City of West Hollywood and as a Planning Intern in Glendale, along with a brief role as a Student Assistant at California State University, Office of the Chancellor. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, earned between 2014 and 2019.
