Jose Gutierrez

Jose Gutierrez, LSSBB, is an experienced transportation project manager currently working for the City of El Paso, Texas, since June 2023. With a career spanning over seven years at the City of El Paso, Gutierrez has held various positions, including transportation manager, traffic engineer associate, engineering associate, and engineering technician. Prior roles include field technician at D & C Flooring and industrial engineering intern at CareFusion, where Six Sigma methodologies were applied to improve efficiency and cost savings.
