Martin Padilla

Martin Padilla has a diverse background in media and graphic design, currently serving as a Media Specialist for the City of El Paso, Texas since February 2022. Prior to this role, Martin worked in various capacities within the City of El Paso from November 2016 to February 2022, including positions as a Multimedia Design Specialist and Public Affairs Specialist/Graphic Designer.
