Rebecca Redyk, CLRM, PHR has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Rebecca is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at the City of El Segundo since February 2021. Prior to their career in municipal government, Rebecca worked at Nordstrom as a Manager from June 1990 to February 1997.

Rebecca Redyk, CLRM, PHR, holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Southern California, which they obtained between 1988 and 1992. In addition to their bachelor's degree, Redyk has obtained several certifications throughout their career. Rebecca received the Master Certificate for Labor Relations (CLRM) from CALPELRA in December 2003. Redyk also holds two certifications as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR). The first PHR certification was obtained from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in December 2011, while the second one was obtained from HRCI in March 2021.
