Rebecca Redyk, CLRM, PHR has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Rebecca is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at the City of El Segundo since February 2021. Rebecca received the Master Certificate for Labor Relations (CLRM) from CALPELRA in December 2003. Redyk also holds two certifications as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR). The first PHR certification was obtained from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in December 2011, while the second one was obtained from HRCI in March 2021.
