Krishna Garlic

Krishna Garlic is an experienced healthcare and human services leader currently serving as the Director of Health & Human Services for the City of Elizabeth since January 2013. In this role, Krishna Garlic manages approximately 90 municipal employees and oversees various services, including youth programs, aging services, public health, and inspections. Previously, from August 2001 to November 2012, Krishna Garlic was the CEO of Brand New Day, Inc., where responsibilities included overall management, fiscal oversight, and relationship building with stakeholders. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from Roger Williams University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and English from Hampton University.
