Anjmin Mahil

Anjmin Mahil, MBA, serves as a Senior Human Resources Specialist for the City of Elk Grove since November 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing Workers’ Compensation claim records and ensuring compliance with OSHA record-keeping requirements. Prior to this position, Anjmin held the role of Human Resources Specialist at the same organization, managing recruitment processes and collaborating with hiring managers. Anjmin's experience also includes a tenure as a Human Resources Clerk at the City of Turlock and various customer service roles in the banking sector. Anjmin earned a Master of Business Administration from California State University, Monterey Bay, in 2021, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Business Administration from California State University-Sacramento, along with an Associate of Arts degree from Modesto Junior College.
