Femi Omotesho

Femi Omotesho, PhD, currently serves as a Management Analyst for the City of Elk Grove since November 2022, following a prior role as an Analyst at the Elk Grove Police Department from June 2019 to November 2022. Femi's career began with a focus on education as an Educator at Elk Grove Unified School District from August 2008 to June 2019, where responsibilities included presenting teaching modules and implementing instructional programs. Femi also worked as a Lead Facilitator at Redeemers Leadership Institute from January 2010 to October 2017, engaging in curriculum development and public speaking. Earlier experience includes leadership in IT and service delivery at the Michael Imoudu National Institute for Labor Studies, where Femi held the roles of Head IT and Service Delivery Unit and Principal Research and Development Associate. Femi's educational background includes a PhD in Information Technology from Capella University, a master's in Information Systems from Keller Graduate School of Management, and a PG Certificate in Microcredit from Mount Carmel Training Center.
