Freida Morales

Freida Morales is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in management and consulting. Currently serving as a Management Analyst for the City of Elk Grove since April 2023, Freida has previously held various positions including Engineering Technician II and Program Assistant at the City of Citrus Heights from June 2005 to March 2023. Additionally, Freida has been an Independent Consultant for Arbonne International since March 2013 and worked as an Employment Training Specialist for Northern California InAlliance from 2003 to 2005. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Provider Specialist at Child Action, Inc. from 2000 to 2003. Freida holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from California State University-Sacramento and multiple Associate degrees from American River College in Liberal Arts and Sciences, Health Services, Social Sciences, and General Studies.
