Samuel Grimm P.e.

Samuel Grimm, P.E. possesses extensive engineering experience, currently serving as a Senior Civil Engineer for the City of Elk Grove since January 2022. Prior to this role, Samuel worked as an Associate Engineer at the Port of Oakland from September 2013 to January 2022.
