Ralph Negron

Ralph Negron serves as the Development Manager for the City of Elko since September 2023. Prior to this role, Ralph Negron held multiple positions at NV Energy from January 2000 to September 2023, including Senior Project Manager and Facilities Manager. In these roles, Ralph Negron was responsible for overseeing construction phases, managing capital projects, and ensuring efficient facility operations across northern Nevada while maintaining a multi-million dollar budget. Ralph Negron also worked as an Energy Efficiency Consultant, conducting energy audits, promoting conservation, and addressing customer utility concerns. Additionally, Ralph Negron was the Facilities Manager at Sierra Pacific Power Company from November 2006 to September 2023.
