Sigrid M Davison

Sigrid M Davison is an experienced professional in the fields of diversity, equity, and inclusion, currently serving as the Associate Director of Diversity Equity & Inclusivity at Central Washington University since November 2013, where expertise is applied in strategic leadership, stakeholder engagement, and advocating for the retention of minoritized employees. Sigrid has also contributed to the City of Ellensburg as a Planning Commissioner and provided consulting services for equity and diversity workshops with Court Appointed Special Advocates Washington State. Previous roles include coordinating the Intergroup Dialogue Program at Syracuse University and teaching on women’s dialogue on race and gender, alongside extensive experience in program administration and research project coordination. Sigrid holds a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Northeastern University and various degrees in psychology from Syracuse University and the University of Washington.
