Marc Molina serves as the Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs at Elmhurst University since August 2017, where Marc is committed to enhancing the campus experience for students. In addition, Marc is an Adjunct Professor of Criminal Justice and First Year Seminar, focusing on improving student engagement and retention. Marc's extensive background in law enforcement includes roles as a Police Officer in both the City of Elmhurst and Naperville Park District, as well as significant leadership positions such as the Executive Director of Public Safety and Emergency Management at Elmhurst University and Director of Campus Safety at North Central College. Marc has held various leadership roles with the Germantown Police Department, including Captain of the Criminal Investigations Division and Lieutenant in Community Relations. Educational achievements include a Master of Leadership Studies from North Central College and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Criminal Justice from The University of Memphis.
