Amber Evans is a seasoned professional in community development with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Community Development Coordinator for the City of Emeryville since December 2010, Amber oversees initiatives related to arts, brownfields, and community improvements, managing a range of projects including murals, environmental cleanup, and parks enhancements. Previous roles include Wish Granter at Make-A-Wish America, where Amber facilitated wishes for terminally ill children, and Volunteer with Safe Routes to School Alameda County, organizing events to promote walking and biking among school children. Additional experience includes positions as Redevelopment Coordinator for the City of Berkeley and Senior Planner for San Francisco Recreation and Parks.
