Arezou Hekmat Eit

Arezou Hekmat, EIT, is a Traffic Engineer with current experience at the City of Encinitas since August 2022. Previously, Arezou served as a Transportation Engineer/Planner Intern at Fehr & Peers for a brief period in early 2022 and worked as a freelance Civil Engineering Professional from 2012 to 2018. Prior to that, Arezou was a Civil Project Engineer - Contracts Engineer at Taraddod Rah Consulting Engineering from 2007 to 2012. Arezou holds a Master of Science in Transportation and Highway Engineering from San Diego State University, a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus on Railway Engineering from Iran University of Science and Technology, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Yazd University.
