Francesca Carr

Francesca Carr is a planning professional with experience in various governmental roles. Currently serving as a Planner for The City of Encinitas since June 2022, Francesca previously worked as an Assistant Planner for the City of Stockton, CA from May 2019 to July 2022. Additionally, Francesca gained valuable experience as a Student Design Intern at the City & County of San Francisco - Department of Public Works from June 2017 to May 2018. Francesca holds a degree from the University of San Francisco, earned between 2014 and 2018.
