Jaylee McDowell

Jaylee McDowell, PE, is a Senior Engineer with the City of Encinitas since February 2025, previously serving as an Assistant Project Manager and Project Engineer at Psomas from January 2015 to January 2025. Prior experience includes a role as an Engineering/Estimating Intern at DN Tanks from February 2014 to January 2015. Jaylee McDowell holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from San Diego State University, completed in 2014.
